摘要
根据光伏电池的I-V数学函数关系式,在Matlab/Simulink环境下编写M文件,建立光伏电池的仿真模型,并分析局部遮挡现象,从理论上推导局部遮挡环境下的光伏电池模型。该模型可以模拟实际光伏电池在不同的太阳辐射强度、环境温度和局部遮挡情况下的电流、功率输出特性曲线。仿真结果验证了光伏电池的输出特性呈非线性,并随环境温度和日照强度的变化而变化;局部遮挡环境下,光伏电池电流输出呈阶梯型,功率输出呈多波峰。
Based on the photovoltaic cells I-V function, the simulation model of photovoltaic cells was set up through writing M files in Matlab/Simulink environment to analyze the local shelter phenomenon and deduce the photovoltaic cells model theoretically. The model can simulate the current and power output characteristic curve of the actual photovoltaic cells in different sun radiation intensity, environmental temperature and partial occlusion. The simulation results verify that the output characteristic is nonlinear and varies with the environmental temperature and the sunshine intensity. In local shadow environment, photovoltaic cells output current presents the ladder type and the power output presents multiple wave crests.
