摘要
[目的]探讨护理管理中压疮防治的有效方法。[方法]建立三级监控小组、健全各项管理制度及评价标准,明确各级职责,对压疮管理实施前、过程、终末控制,并将护理结果与传统压疮管理模式比较。[结果]实施三级压疮监控后,难免压疮上报率明显上升(P<0.05),但压疮真实发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]三级压疮监控管理可有效降低难免压疮发生率。
Objective：To probe into the effective methods of pressure ulcer pre- vention and treatment in nursing management. Methods： Three grades of mo- nitoring teams were established, the management system and evaluation crite- ria were perfected. All the grades of responsibilities were defined. Pre- control, link control and terminal control were conducted for pressure ulcer. Then the nursing effect was compared to conventional pressure ulcer management mod- el. Results： After the three grades of pressure ulcer monitoring, the inevitable pressure ulcer reported rate was significantly increased （P〈0.05） ,but the true incidence of pressure ulcer was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Three grades of pressure ulcer monitoring and management can effectively re- duce incidence of inevitable pressure ulcer.
