摘要
[目的]了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人对氧疗知识的认知状况及稳定期家庭氧疗执行情况,分析造成家庭氧疗依从性降低的相关因素,并进行护理干预。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,对56例COPD病人进行调查。[结果]COPD病人家庭氧疗依从性差,相关因素与对氧疗知识缺乏、吸氧舒适度改变、家庭经济困难及不方便等因素有关。[结论]需采取多种健康宣教形式以及有效的护理措施干预,从而提高COPD病人家庭氧疗的依从性程度,以延缓COPD的进展,提高其生活质量。
Objective： To know about cognition of COPD patients to oxygen therapy knowledge and execution of COPD patients to stable home oxygen therapy,and analyze the related factors caused low family oxygen compli- ance,and carried out the nursing interventions. Methods：A total of 56 COPD patients were investigated with the self - designed questionnaire. Results： Participants showed family oxygen compliance of patients with COPD were poor,which was associated with the lack of knowledge on oxygen therapy, the changing of oxygen inhalation comfort,family economic hardship and in- convenience. Conclusion：it is necessary to take effective nursing intervention and various forms of health training, so as to improve the compliance degree of patients with COPD to family oxygen,delay the progress of COPD and im- prove the quality of life of COPD patients.
