摘要
人的现代化是社会现代化的关键,而实现人的现代化,关键在于培育国民现代公民意识。公民意识的核心是权利义务意识和法治理念。目前国人的公民意识虽然较之前有了明显进步,但仍很欠缺。我们应该首先从加强特殊人员的公民意识教育入手,整顿社会风气,加强国民公民意识教育,做好各方面制度规范,从而实现人的现代化。
The modemization of people is the key to the modernization of society. To realize people＇s moderniza- tion, the key lies in cultivating the modem conscience of the citizen. The core of the civic conscience is the con- science of rights and obligations and the concept of the rule by law. People~ civic conscience is still lacking, al- though it has obvious progresses compared with it in the past. We should first strengthen the special personnel civic education to regulate the social atmosphere, enhance national civic education, carry out all rules and norms, in or- der to achieve modernization of the people.
