摘要
独立学院校园文化由物质文化、精神文化和制度文化构成。通过调查问卷定量分析校园文化的各方面在独立学院中的影响力。数据显示:当前独立学院校园文化建设正处于初级阶段,物质文化建设能够最为有效地促进校园文化的发展,其次为制度文化,最后为精神文化。提出加强基础设施建设、夯实物质文化;规范院系管理制度、完善制度文化;开展特色文化活动、丰富精神文化的独立学院校园文化建设对策。指出物质是基础,制度是保障,精神是升华,三方面全面协调健康发展才能保证独立学院校园文化的可持续发展。
Material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture are most important aspects of Independent Colleges＇ cam- pus culture. We made investigations via questionnaires about the influences of each aspect in Independent Colleges, with the findings as follows. Now, independent colleges＇ campus culture is in its infancy. Material culture construction promotes campus culture development most effectively, followed by institutional culture and spiritual culture. We suggest reinforcing the material culture by strengthening infrastructure, improving institutional culture by regulating department management system, and enric- hing spiritual culture by characteristic activities. Also, material is basis, institution is guarantee and spirituals are sublimation. Sustainable development of Independent College culture needs the comprehensive, coordinated and healthy integration of each as- pect.
