摘要
阐述ZY6200/9.5/17型薄煤层高强度液压支架的设计方案、结构、使用材料和焊缝结构等方面的内容,提出了高强度低合金结构钢匹配低强度焊缝金属及焊缝尺寸小于板厚的理念,为降低制造成本进行了有益的尝试。
Elaborates the project, structure, materials and welding of the high-strength hydraulic support ZY6200/9.5/17 for the stiff thin coal seam under a strong roof. The ideas of high-strength low-alloy structural steel matching with lower strength welding base metal are proposed. It makes an effective attempt to lower the manufacture cost.
