摘要
分析了印度7.30、7.31两次大停电事件的起因和经过,从系统运行的角度,剖析印度电网在系统运行上的特点及存在的问题,思考了印度大停电事件带来的教训和启示,并结合上海电网在电网结构、负荷分布、电能平衡等方面的特点,对上海电网系统运行的安全保障工作提出了意见和建议。
The whole process of large scale blackout occurred on July 30th,2012 and July 31st,2012 in India power grid are presented and in the viewpoint of power grid dispatching and operation the problems revealed in this large scale blackout are analyzed.The lessons and enlightenment from the large scale blackout,such as in the aspects of power grid dispatching structure,power grid structure,security analysis and so on,are proposed.On this basis and combining with practical situation of Shanghai Power Grid,some suggestions on enhancement of secure operation of power grid are put forward.
