摘要
随着我国资源一号02C卫星的成功发射,需要对该卫星的遥感数据进行定量的质量评价。利用多项数据质量评价指标对资源一号02C卫星的全色多光谱遥感图像数据质量进行了评价,并将其和美国陆地卫星ETM+数据进行了对比分析,最后利用资源一号02C卫星多光谱数据进行了基于支持向量机和神经网络算法的水体信息提取。实验发现该卫星数据质量在很大程度上都明显超过了ETM+影像,在水利行业中有很大的应用潜力。
With the launch of the ZY - 1 02C satellite, quantitative evaluation of ZY - 1 02C remote sensing image- ry is required. The full-color muhispectral remote sensing imagery of ZY - 1 02C P/MS Sensors was evaluated and was compared with that of the ETM+ imagery of Landsat 7 in terms of waveband, correlation coefficient, and spectral resolution. Imagery captured by ZY - 1 02C P/MS Sensors, together with supporting vector machine and neural network algorithm was used to extract water body information. It was found that the imagery quality of ZY - 1 02C satellite was superior to that of ETM+ imagery in aspects of grey value distribution range, information amount, in- dependence of wavebands, and the ability of extracting different landform information. The ZY- 1 02C remote sensing imagery has great prospect of application in water conservancy industry.
