摘要
对获得国家二星级绿色建筑设计标识认证的某商业综合体进行了研究,该项目采用了性能模拟验证、屋顶绿化、透水地面、排风热回收、自然通风、自然采光、CO2浓度监测等绿色建筑技术。针对商业综合体体量大、功能多、能耗高的特点,提出采用被动式节能措施、立体景观设计、优化空调系统设计、实施能耗监测等对策。
Studies the object building which was awarded China＇s two-star green building design certification. The complex involves some green building techniques such as performance simulation verification, roof greening, water permeable pavement, extract air heat recovery, natural ventilation, daylighting, CO2 gas concentration monitoring, etc. According to the characteristics of commercial complex such as large volume, multi-function and high energy consumption, proposes adopting passive energy-saving measures, designing stereoscopic landscape, optimizing HVAC system design, energy consumption monitoring.
