摘要
对房地产投资的风险管理进行了分析,引用目前广泛应用的系统工程方法论——霍尔三维结构模型解决房地产投资风险中的规划、组织、管理问题,通过逻辑维、时间维、知识维三方面来实现房地产投资的霍尔三维风险管理体系,达到了房地产投资风险管理中的科学性和合理性的效果。
The paper analyzes the risk management in the real-estate investment,simulates the planning,the organization,and the management issues in the real-estate investment risks by applying the popular system engineering methodology,Hall three dimension structural model,and realizes the Hall three dimension risk management system from the logical dimension,the time dimension,and the knowledge dimension,so it achieves the scientific and reasonable effect for the risk management in the real-estate investment.
