摘要
对城市开发建设地下人防商业街的积极意义进行了分析,从所发挥的战备效益、社会效益、经济效益等几方面进行了论述,并提出了建设地下人防商业街的有利方面和应注意的方面,对加强国防建设、促进经济建设和城市建设都具有重要的意义。
The paper analyzes the positive significance for the construction and development of the underground air defense commercial streets in cities,indicates from its combat readiness,the social and economic benefits,and points out the advantages of constructing the underground air defense commercial streets and some attentive issues,so it is meaningful for improving the national defense construction and enhance the economic and urban construction.
