摘要
针对深圳平安金融中心超大直径挖孔桩,提出了一系列措施降低其对周边建(构)筑物尤其是地铁的影响,如坑内高喷法及基岩裂隙帷幕灌浆法形成组合止水帷幕、加大挖孔桩护壁刚度、优化工序以及加强超深基坑支护体系的保护等,有效控制了地铁结构的变形。分析了巨型挖孔桩的施工特点和难点,详细介绍了巨型挖孔桩的成孔施工技术、巨型钢筋笼制作技术及桩芯大体积混凝土的温度控制及温度监测技术。
According to extra large-dimensional manual-digging piles in Ping' an IFC, a series of significant countermeasures were proposed to reduce the influence to surrounding buildings, especially to metro, such as high pressure jet grouting and curtain grouting, increasing the stiffness of protection wall of digging pile, optimizing working procedure and strengthening protection of foundation excavation. The deformation of metro structure is controled effectively. This paper analyzed characteristics of the project, and introduced technology of large-dimensional manual-digging piles, fabrication of huge steel bar caging, the technology of temperature control and monitoring of pile core mass concrete.
