摘要
在环氧煤沥青的底漆和面漆中分别加入自行合成的胺类缓蚀剂 R,Y和 Z后 ,采用交流阻抗和盐雾实验等方法测试。结果表明 :涂层的耐蚀性能大为提高 ,涂层针孔电阻 Rfp的阻值提高 2~ 3个数量级 。
The three synthesizing amine type inhibitiors were separately put into coal tar epoxy top coat and ground coatings measuring with electrochemical impedance test and salt fog test, the result showed the corrosion inhibiting coal tar epoxy coatings have more corrosion resistances than coal tar epoxy coatings, corrosion inhibiting coal tar epoxy coatings's impedances are almost three thousand times than coal tar epoxy coatings and physical mechanical properties of corrosion inhibiting coal tar epoxy coatings are the same those of tar epoxy coatings.
