摘要
目的 :观察冷浴刺激引起胃电节律异常的胃电图表现 ,以探讨冷刺激对胃生理功能的影响。方法 :冬泳志愿者 44名 ,在水温为 -1.2℃～ 0 .6℃的冰槽中几近裸泳 2～ 3分钟 ,入水前及出水后行胃电图检测 ;出水后 1小时抽样17人进行第二次复测。结果 :出水后 44名受试者都不同程度地出现了异常胃电图活动 ;出水 1小时复测胃电图有 16人已恢复为正常慢波。结论 :寒冷虽是引起胃肠疾病的重要因素之一 ,但短暂。
Purpose: To investigate electrogastrogram of abnormal electrogastro*.rhythm caused by cold bathing in order to discuss influence of cold stimulation on gastrointestinal functions. Methods: 44 volunteers had swum for 2 to 3 minutes at the temperature of -1.2～0.6 celsius degree and took electrogastrograms after and before swim. One hour later, 17 were selected randomly and took electrogastrograms again.Results: After swim, 44 volunteers had abnormal electrogastrograms in a certain degree. One hour later,16 of them who took electrogastrograms again have return to normal. Conclusion: Coldness is one of factors that result in gastrointestinal diseases. Though, temporary and proper exercises in coldness may enhance gastrointestinal functions.
