摘要
间硝基苯甲酸是一种重要的有机化合物,广泛应用于医药,农业,化工,染料等领域。为了探索其合成工艺,考察了4种不同脱水剂对其合成产率的影响。结果表明乙酸酐做脱水剂时的产率最高,并对影响产率的诸因素进行了分析,得出最佳反应条件为:苯甲酸0.015 mol,催化剂的用量为4.4 mL,苯甲酸与硝酸摩尔比1∶3,反应温度90℃,反应时间2 h,催化硝化反应产率达80.31%。
m-nitrobenzoic acid is an important organic compound.It is widely used in the pharmaceutical,agriculture,chemical industry,dyes and so on.To optimize the preparation of m-nitrobenzoic acid,four different dehydrating agent were investigated and the best dehydrating agent was acetic anhydride.The effects of catalyst amount,reactant ratio,reaction temperature and time on the yield of m-nitrobenzoic acid were determined and discussed.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: benzoic 1.83 g,dehydrating agent amount 4.4 mL,the molar ratio of n(benzoic) ∶ n(nitric) = 1∶ 3,the reaction time was 2 h,the temperature was 90℃,The yield reached 80.31%.
