摘要
目的 对国产调QNd :YAG激光后囊膜切开术作一评价。方法 应用国产调QNd :YAG激光对 5 0例70眼后囊白内障激光后囊膜切开。结果 70眼后囊膜全部一期成功切开 ,6 9眼视力提高 ,1眼因并发视网膜脱离 ,视力未提高。结论 国产调QNd :YAG激光晶状体后囊膜切开术是治疗后囊白内障安全、有效、简便、经济的方法。
Objective To illustrate the value of the Q Switched Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Methods Seventy eyes of fifty patients with posterior capsular cararact were operated using the Q Switched Nd:YAG laser of China. Results Posterior capsula lentis of seventy of one eye didn't improve, because of the detachment of retina. Conclusion The results indicate that the Q Switched Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is safe,effective,convenient and economical.
