摘要
了解自体血液回收回输技术在高原的应用效果。方法 :用国产自体— 2 0 0 0型血液回收机进行外科手术中自体血液回收回输。结果 :术中血液回收 1 4例 ,平均每例回收原血 1 1 4 0ml,经血液回收机处理后获得浓缩血 649ml,均回输给病人 ,病人术后恢复顺利 ,均痊愈出院。结论 :自体— 2 0 0 0型血液回收机在高原上的初步应用效果良好 ,能有效减少术中血液的丢失 ,减少输血后并发症 ,解决血源紧张和因输异体血而致传染疾病等问题。
Object:To explore the effect of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion at high altitude.Methods:To proceed intraoperative autologous blood transfusion in surgery by using an Autologous-2000 blood Transfusion Unit made in Beijing.Results:in 14 cases,the mean value of original reclamation blood is 1140 ml and the mean value of condensed blood which handled by the Autologous-2000 Blood Transfusion Unit is 649 ml.All those condensed blood were be transfused to the patients,all those patients recovered and left the hospital.Conclusions:The effect of the primary application of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion is very good at high altitude.It could decrease the blood loss effectively during the surgery and decrease the complication after transfusion.It can also treat the problem for lacking of blood and the infectious disease caused by heterogenous blood transfusion.
