摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃中的应用效果。方法将84例口服中毒患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加舒适护理。结果观察组患者的满意度、舒适度、配合度较对照组高,疼痛程度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理使患者在心理、生理上处于最佳状态,实施舒适护理,能有效消除患者的恐惧心理,减轻不适症状和降低不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing in emergency gastric lavage. Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, every group has 42 cases.The control group was treated by the routine nursing, the experiment group using comfortable nursing based on the routine nursing. Results The experiment group＇s satisfaction ,comfortable and compatibility is higher than the control group ,but the levels of pain is lower, the differences was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing could be perfectly fit physically and physiologically, apply Comfortable nursing in the emergency gastric lavage could effective- ly eliminate the patients mentally fear, alleviates uncomfortable symptom and ill reaction.
