摘要
放电等离子烧结(SPS)是具有升温速度快、烧结时间短、所制得的材料致密度高、外加压力和烧结气氛可控等特点的一种材料制备的新技术。综述了SPS技术在国内外的发展状况,介绍SPS技术的基本原理与装置,探讨了SPS技术在贵金属领域的应用和存在的问题。
The spark plasma sintering (SPS) is a new kind of material fabrication technology with advan- tages of rapid temperature rising, short sintering time, controllable pressure and sintering atmosphere as well as high relative density of resulting materials. The progress in the SPS technology is reviewed, inclu- ding the principle, equipment and application in precious metals material processing. The existing prob- lems associated with this technology is also discussed herein.
