摘要 系统阐述Orem自护理论的内涵，并分析当前我国老龄化社会现状、老年护理发展情况及我国老年人的自护能力现状。对Orem自护理论在国内外老年护理的应用及目前在我国老年护理应用中的不足和对策进行综述。 To state the connotation of Orem self - care model, to analyze the status quo of aging society in our country, the devel- opment of the elderly nursing and the ability of self - care. To summarize the application of Orem self - care model in the elderly nursing at home and abroad, the shortage and countermeasure.
