摘要
职业病是指企业、事业单位和个体经济组织的劳动者在职业活动中,因接触粉尘、放射性物质和其他有毒、有害物质等因素而引起的疾病。共情指的是一种能设身处地体验他人处境,从而达到感受和理解他人情感的能力。对于医护人员来说,共情不仅是一种专业的技能,更需要良好的素质和真诚的态度。通过阐述共情的概念、结构,分析共情在医护人员与职业病患者沟通中的作用,把共情作为理解人际关系,沟通关系的金钥匙,并结合临床病例提出了共情训练的方法与步骤,以加强医护人员与患者的沟通,减少医患矛盾,提高医疗服务质量。
Occupational disease is a disease due to worker touching dust, radioactive material and other poisonous, harmful material etc. who serve in enterprise, public institution and individual economic organization. Empathy refers to a kind of ability of putting yourself in the situation to experience others, so as to feeling and understanding others'emotion. For medical workers, empathy is not only a kind of professional skill, but also need good individual quality and sincere attitude. The concept, structure of empathy were described to analyze the role in the communication between medical workers and patients with occupational disease, put forward the method and steps of empathy training combination with clinical cases, so as to enhance the communication between medical workers and patients, decrease the contradictions between medical workers and patients, improve the quality of medical service.
