摘要
实验研究了钾长石 -石膏 -碳酸钙体系热分解生成硫酸钾的工艺条件 ,考察了焙烧温度、停留时间和物料配比对钾分解率的影响 ,并筛选出添加剂Ⅰ和Ⅱ以降低焙烧温度。当加入添加剂Ⅰ 0 .9%或加入添加剂Ⅱ 0 .85 %~ 2 .5 1%时 ,能使适宜焙烧温度分别由 10 5 0℃降至 95 0℃和 90 0~ 95 0℃ ,钾分解率均大于 90 % ,而且添加剂对不同钾长石试样均具有良好的适应性 。
An experimental study is made of the process conditionsfor the thermal decomposition of the system potash feldspar- gypsum- calci -um carbonate to form potassium sulfate, the effect is examined of theroasting temperature, residence time and material proportion on potassiumdecomposition, an Additives Ⅰ and Ⅱ are selected to lower the roastingtemperature. When 0.9% of Additive Ⅰ or 0. 85% - 2.51% of Ⅱ isadded, the suitable roasting temperature is lowered from 1050 ℃ to 950℃ and 900-950℃, respectively, the potassium decomposition is over90%, tea additives are well adapted to different potash feldspar samples,and microcrystals of potassium sulfate are proved to be formed by thermaldecomposition.
