摘要
对采用卡尔·费休容量滴定法来测定样品中水份的测定仪来说 ,滴定终点的捕捉正确与否决定了分析的精确度。本文介绍采用单片机技术 ,使仪器具有近终点报警提示功能 ,避免了因试剂过量而影响准确性 ,并利用单片机内部资源 ,使仪器具有自动计算水份含量的功能 ,提高了仪器的整体性能及智能化程度 ,使其更便于操作者使用。采用该方案研制出的KF - 1B型智能化水份测定仪具有操作方便、功能强、体积小、可靠性高。
With respect to the analyzer based on Karl Fischer titration for the determination of moisture in the Sample, the accurate detectionof the end-point in titration determines the precision of the analysis. Thispaper describes the use of the monolithic processor technology to give theanalyzer the function of alarming when the end-point is approached, so asto avoid the effect of the reagent in excess on the accuracy. With the utilization of the internal sources of the monolithic processor, the analyzer isendowed with the function of automatic calculation d the moisture content,thereby improving its overall performance and degree of intelligence, rendering it more convenient for the operator to use. The Model KF-1B intelligent moisture analyzer based on the above scheme has the advantagesof convenience in use, strong function, small size, high reliability and lowprice.
