摘要
随着技术的进步，PDA的性能越来越先进，但如何将其先进技术及通用性应用到水文行业，从而克服水文行业的仪器功能单一，成本高等缺陷，降低水文职工的学习和使用难度是值得研究的问题。就PDA在水文行业成为多功能的仪器进行应用做一探讨，现代PDA技术引入到水文测量中，在实际应用中，取得了良好的效果。
With the progress of technology, the performance of PDA is more and more advanced. But how to use PDA＇s advanced technology and generality on hydrology is still worthy to research,it can overcome the defects of the instruments such as single function and high cost for reducing the difficulty of studying and using of hydrological staff and workers. It tried to study to utilize the PDA as a Multi-Functional instrument on hydrology, to enable the instrument performance greatly improved.
