摘要
本文在综合分析了北京市南城垃圾处理现状和南城垃圾处理系统使用情况的基础上，提出了南城垃圾处理的新思路，即建一座大型的现代化的垃圾焚烧厂，并从项目建设的作用、必要性、有利条件和基本实施方案等方面进行了详细的阐述，结果表明在北京市南城建一座大型的垃圾焚烧厂是迫切的、必要的，也是可行的。
Based on the analysis of MSW disposal status of Beijing South City and utilization condition of South City Waste Disposal System, a disposal strategy for MSW in south city of Beijing is raised, that is an incineration plant should be built. This paper elucidated the importance, necessity, advantage condition and basic plan of building the incineration plant. The results show that it is feasible and necessary to build the large in- cineration plant in Be^iing South City.
