摘要
以船队规划与航线配船线性规划模型为理论基础,利用Visual Basic与Fortran混合编程技术,设计开发船队规划与航线配船决策支持系统.介绍系统功能、结构以及算法的设计思想和实现方法,并以某航运公司的油轮船队为例对系统性能进行测试.结果表明,该系统运行稳定,能够迅速、准确求解出船舶调配和船队建设优化方案,为决策者提供支持.
The decision support system for fleet planning and ship routing is developed by using the mixed programming technique with Visual Basic and Fortran based on a linear programming model.The design and implementation methods of the system function,architecture and algorithm are described.A tanker fleet of shipping company is taken as a case study to demonstrate the system performance.The implementation of the system shows that the system is stable,and it is able to obtain the optimal solution including ship allocation and fleet development exactly in a short time,which can be used to support the maker's decision.
