摘要
旅游民生最显著的功能是提高改善人民的生活质量，为了把旅游业培育成为人民群众更加满意的现代服务业，解决从业人员民生问题势在必行。文章从旅游民生低水平均衡现状着手，分析了旅游从业人员民生状况，提出通过解决旅游从业人员民生去提高旅游民生的对策。
The most significant function of livelihood on tourism is to improve the living condition. In order to become the tourism into the modem service industry that people are satisfied, the livelihood issues of tourism operators must be paid attention to. The paper analyses the status of the livelihood issues of tourism operators from the low - level balance of it and puts forward to measures to improve livelihood on tourism through improve the livelihood of tourism operators.
