摘要
独立学院从创办之日起,教师队伍建设就是困扰其发展的"软肋"。要解决这个问题,独立学院应充分发挥用人机制灵活的优势,立足自身实际,通过构建以引进和聘用相结合的教师选拔机制、以竞争和流动相结合的教师使用机制、以纵向培养和横向发展相结合的教师成长机制、以规范和灵活相结合的兼职教师管理运行机制、以薪酬分配制度改革为核心的教师管理激励机制,打造教师队伍建设特色体系,走适合独立学院特色发展道路。
Faculty construction is the stranglehold over the development ofindependent colleges. To solve this prob- lem, independent college should give full play to the advantages of the flexibility of employing mechanism; realize its actual situations, create a distinguished system through constructing a selection mechanism of attracting talents, an applying mechanism of competing and flowing, a mechanism for teacher development, a regulate and flexible management mechanism for part-time teacher and an incentive mechanism which regards salary distribution system reform as the core.
