摘要
基于V型轨道的磁悬浮系统,利用一套磁体可同时实现悬浮、导向及牵引功能,其关键是控制算法的设计和调试。以一套基于V型轨道的磁悬浮试验装置作为实验平台,根据其悬浮、导向和滚动3个自由度之间的关系,合理选择控制量,设计控制算法,采用仿真和试验2种方法验证了控制算法的有效性。试验结果表明,基于V型轨道的试验装置的悬浮、导向和滚动运动可以实现稳定悬浮。
Controller design and debugging was the key for maglev system based on V-shaped guideway using a single set of magnets to simultaneously achieve suspension, guidance and propulsion. An experimental set with a tilt angle of 30° was proposed, and according to the relationship among suspension, guidance and roll motion, the reasonable control algorithm was chosen and designed. Simulation and experimental method were used to prove the effectiveness of the control algorithm. Experimental results showed that stability could be achieved for the suspension, guidance and roll motion of the experimental set.
