摘要
含SO_2废气的脱硫采用氨法吸收得产品亚硫酸铵,用磷酸分解亚硫酸铵,解吸出的SO_2用于制造硫酸,料浆可制得符合GB 10260-88规定的优等品磷酸一铵。介绍其化学反应机理、工艺流程、中间试验获得的主要工艺参数及产品质量,讨论了若干值得重视的问题。亚硫酸铵解吸装置的投资低、综合利用好、经济效益好,且不产生污染物,尤其对有磷铵装置或就近有磷铵装置的火力发电厂和一转一吸硫酸装置,不失为一种好的处理方法。
Ammonium sulfite is recovered from sweetening SO2-bearing waste gas with the ammonia process,phosphoric acid is used to decompose ammonium sulfite.SO2 resultant from decomposition is used to produce sulfuric acid.and the slurry can be used to produce fine-grade MAP product which meets GB 10260-88 requirements The paper not only describes the chemical reaction mechanism.the process flow.main process parameters and the product quality of the piet test.but also discusses some problems worthy of attention.
