摘要
三维碳纳米材料具有不同的结构和形貌,具有优异的电学、光学和磁学性质。在电子器件、传感器、光电材料、磁性材料和其它功能的材料等领域显示出很好的应用前景。三维碳纳米材料的结构、形貌和应用研究已经成为碳纳米材料领域的研究前沿和热点之一。本文综述了三维碳纳米材料的结构、形貌和应用的研究进展,探讨了该研究领域需要解决的问题以及今后可能的发展前景。
Three- dimensional (3D) carbon nanomaterials have different structures and morphologies, which have excellent electrical, optical and magnetic properties. They show good prospect of applications in the fields of electronic devices, sensors, photovohaic materials, magnetic materials, other functional materials, and so on. The research of the structures, morphologies and applications of 3D carbon nano- materials has become one of the forefront and hot topics of the research of carbon nanomaterials. The structures, morphologies and applications of 3D carbon nanomaterials were summarized. The problems to be solved and possible future prospect of development were discussed.
