摘要
目的:为旋毛虫属的分类与肉类食品安全提供依据。方法:对我国西藏地区猪源旋毛虫地理株(iso-late)囊包大小与肌幼虫进行长度测量,观察其生殖力指数(reproductive capacity index,RCI)及冷冻耐力(freezing tolerance),并与河南猪源旋毛虫地理株进行比较。结果:旋毛虫西藏株的囊包长度、宽度、肌幼虫长度及RCI与河南株的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。旋毛虫西藏株经-18℃冻存12、24及36 h后的RCI(44.33、26.71及0.83),均明显高于河南株(3.37、1.13及0))(P<0.01),西藏株-18℃冻存48 h才完全失去感染性,而河南株-18℃冻存36 h即已失去感染性。结论:旋毛虫西藏株的形态及RCI与河南株的差异无统计学意义,但其冷冻耐力明显高于河南株。
Objective: To provide the evidence for the classification of Trichinella genus and meat food safety.Methods: The capsule size and muscle larval length of a swine Trichinella isolate from Tibet were measured,its reproductive capacity index(RCI)and freezing tolerance were observed,the results were compared with that of the swine Trichinella isolate from Henan province.Results: The length and width of the capsules,length of muscle larvae,and the RCI of Tibet Trichinella isolate were not statistically different from that of Henan Trichinella isolate(P0.05).The RCI(44.33,26.71,and 0.83) of Tibet Trichinella isolate stored at-18 ℃ for 12,24 and 36 hours was significantly higher than RCI(3.37,1.13 and 0) of Henan Trichinella isolate(P0.01).Tibet Trichinella isolate stored at-18 ℃ for 48 hours completely lost their infectivity,while the infectivity of Henan Trichinella isolate stored at-18 ℃ for 36 hours has completely lost.Conclusion:The difference of morphology and RCI between two Trichinella isolates from Tibet and Henan is not statistically significant,but the freezing tolerance of Tibet Trichinella isolate is higher than that of Henan Trichinella isolate.
