Value of Cystatin C in Predicting the Acute Kidney Injure of Traumatic Brain Injury Patients

摘要 目的探讨胱抑素C(CysC)在脑外伤患者并发急性肾功能损伤(AKI)的早期诊断价值。方法监测126例脑外伤患者血清胱抑素C,并统计其AKI的发生率。结果发生AKI患者的CysC明显高于未发生组(P<0.01);CysC对脑外伤并发AKI有明显的预测价值;随着CysC值的逐步升高,其预测脑外伤后AKI的敏感性逐步下降,但其特异性明显升高。结论 CysC的监测对于脑外伤患者并发AKI具有早期预警作用。 Objective To explore the value of CysC in traumatic brain injury patients with acute kindey injury. Methods To detect CysC in 126 brain injury patients, at the same time the acute kindey injury rate were measured. Results The CysC of patients with acute kindey injury was significantly higher than the patients without acute kindey injury (P 〈 0.01 ). The CysC had obvious predictive value of the acute kindey injury in traumatic brain injury patients. With the CysC gradually increased, the prediction of acute kidney injury after traumatic brain injury impairment of the sensitivity gradually decreased, but its specificity was significantly higher. Conclusion The high sensitive CysC protein seems to be an important index to predict acute kindey injury in traumatic brain injury patients.
