摘要
目的:探讨远端蒂外踝上穿支皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:利用外踝上穿支皮瓣修复32例足踝部深度烧伤后皮肤缺损创面,其中外踝上前穿支皮瓣15例,外踝上后穿支皮瓣(腓动脉穿支蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣)17例。结果:皮瓣全部成活。获6～12个月随访,皮瓣质地柔软,外形和功能满意。结论:外踝上穿支皮瓣是修复足踝部深度烧伤后皮肤缺损创面的较好办法。
Objective To investigate the effect of distally based lateral supramalleolus perforator flaps in repair of deep burn wounds around ankles and dorsal feet. Methods Deep burn wounds around ankles and dorsal feet in 32 cases were repaired with lateral sup-ramalleolus perforator flaps,including 15 cases with lateral pre-ramalleoLus perforator flaps and 17 cases with lateral posterior-ramalleolus perforator flaps. Results All the flaps survived well and all wounds were repaired with success.The appearance and function of the repaired feet were satisfactory by follow-up of 6-12 months. Conclusion The distally based lateral sup-ramalleolus perforator flaps are suitable for correction of the deep burn wounds around ankles or dorsal feet, with so much advantage as easier performance and good results.
