摘要
报告20例老年退行性心瓣膜病。其瓣膜钙化主动脉瓣多于二尖瓣,两者联合损害占70%,但不一定均发生启闭异常。并发症中,心房纤颤40%;传导阻滞35%;75%有心功能不全;33%发生晕厥。漏误诊率80%。同时讨论了误诊原因及诊断线索。
Twenty cases of DCVD,whichmainly due to the aortic valve cacifi-cation,were reported.Both the aorticand mitral valves were involed in70% of them.In all of its complica-tions,atrial fibrillation was 40%,conduction blockade 35%,heart fail-ure 75%,and syncope 33%.On thefirst admission,80% of all were mis-diagnosed.Therefore,causes of mis-diagnose and clues of diagnosis werediscussed.
