摘要
对吹瓶机中模架机架在加工后,经三坐标检测后发现的两组关键孔同轴度、位置度超差的原因进行了全面分析,分析表明,定位基准及夹紧变形是导致超差的主要因素。通过改善定位面的加工精度、增加固定支撑及浮动支撑,以及改变夹紧位置的方法,避免了夹紧变形。实践证明,这种方法能够保证产品的加工质量,使用效果较好。
Aiming at machined frame in a bottle blowing machine, the paper analyzed the causes of coaxiality and position size exceeded of two groups of key holes checked by three coordinate instrument. The analysis shows that the datum reference and clamping deformation are the main factors of deviation. The clamping deformation can be avoided by improving the machining precision of locating surface, adding fixed and floating supports and changing the clamping position. The practices prove that this method can ensure the processing quality of products, and a good using effect is obtained.
