摘要
本文对我院近年收治的222例继发性免疫缺陷者细菌感染进行了临床与细菌学研究。继发性免疫缺陷者细菌感染的特征是:1.大多起病缓慢;2.多数体温正常,或仅有低、中度发热;3.白细胞总数大多正常,但嗜中性粒细胞常增高;4.以医院内感染为主;5.常有诱因存在;6.以败血症,腔道及创面感染多见;7.主要致病菌是金葡菌及其L型;8.多种菌混合感染较常见。
The clinical and bacteriologicaaspects of bacterial infections in se-ries of 222 secondary immunocompro-mised cases are studied.The characte-ristics of the infections are as follo-ws:1.The onset was gradual mostly.2.The body temperature was oftennormal.3.The differential count(DC)was usually normal,while the count ofneutrophil was often increased.4.Most infections were nosocomial.5.The inducing factors were presentgenerally.6.Septicaemia and theinfections of body tract and woundsurface were often occurred.7.Themajor pathogenic bacteria were S.aurous and its L-form(strain 51).8.Mixed infections were common.
