摘要
目的:探讨骨科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防、护理及体会。方法:分析182例骨科术后预防下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的护理观察。结果:严密观察,细致护理,准确用药,指导功能锻炼,可有效地预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论:通过有针对性地制定预防性护理措施,积极进行功能锻炼,是预防骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的关键。
Objective： To investigate the De- partment of orthopedics after surgery in pa- tients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis prevention, nursing experience. Methods：analysis of 182 cases of Hospital Department of orthopedics ,the prevention of postoperative lower extremity venous throm- bosis nursing observation. Results： meticu- lous care, medication guidance accuracy, functional exercise, can effectively prevent the Department of orthopedics of postopera- tive lower extremity deep venous thrombo- sis. Conclusion： through targeted to develop preventive nursing measures, active func- tional exercises, Department of orthopedics is prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis of the Sower extremity of the key.
