提高冷却塔配水均匀性的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 在冷却塔的设计中 ,配水管及喷头的布置是影响冷却效果的重要因素之一。通过水力计算 ,分析了水压分布规律 ,指出冷却塔的喷头布置、配管形式对布水均匀度的影响因素 ,探讨了提高布水均匀度的对策 ,认为采用全对称树枝状配管及六角形喷头布置方式可有效提高冷却塔配水的均匀度。 In the designing of cooling towers,the arrangement of water distribution pipes and spray nozzles is an important factor to affect the cooling results.Water pressure distribution rules are analyzed through hydraulic calculations.Effects of spray nozzle arrangement and piping types of cooling towers on water distribution uniformity are pointed out.Ways to improve water distribution uniformity are discussed.The arrangement using holosymmetric arborized piping and hex spray nozzles may effectively improve the water distribution uniformity of cooling towers.
