摘要
对胶粉的粒度、掺用比进行了比较。掺入天然橡胶与丁苯橡胶并用的胎面胶中 ,6 0目和 80的目性能最好 ,掺用比以 10质量份最佳。硫化胶粉经活化处理后其综合性能比未活化胶粉好。活化剂用量为 1质量份时 ,活化效果最好。
The Powder diameter and introducing proportion were contrasted respectively. When introducing NR and SBR into compound of tyre face, and the diameter was 60 meshes and 80 meshes, the compound properties were best, and the best introducing proportion was 10 phr. The synthetic properties of activated vulcanite was better than un-activated. As the level of activating agent was 1 phr, the effectiveness was best.
