摘要
土地使用权流转制度的法治化是现代社会转型的大势所趋,通过对土地流转法治化与现代农业产业化互动关系的研究,能够有助现代农业产业化利益联结机制的构建。
The legalization of land - use fight transfer system is the general trend of the modem social transforr, nation. The paper gives a study of the interaction between land transfer system and the modem industrialization of agriculture, which will help to benefit joint mechanism of the modem industrialization of agriculture.
