摘要
我国的私人教练从出现到如今已有十年时间。这十年间,随着健身俱乐部数量与规模的激增,私人教练数量也呈直线上升趋势。但是从另一个侧面来看,私人教练行业的发展在宏观与微观上都存在着诸多问题。"工欲善其事,必先利其器",要想规范行业发展,必须先从私人教练自身的保持与提升做起。文章旨在通过对健身俱乐部现行私人教练再培训体系的分析,找出问题所在,从而健全体系结构,带动整个健身行业的快速增长。
The career of personal fitness training has existed for one decade since it first appeared in our country.During the ten years,the number of personal fitness professionals has also been linearly increasing accompanied with the dramatic expansion of both the quantity and the size of health clubs.On the other hand,however,a considerable number of macro and micro problems emerge with the development of personal fitness training".A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well".The standardization of this profession should start with the maintenance and improvement of the quality of personal fitness professionals.This paper aims to find the existing drawbacks by analyzing the current re-training system for personal fitness professionals in health clubs,and hence to perfect the system and bring out a rapid development of the entire fitness training career.
