摘要
阐述了基于B/S结构的人事绩效考核系统的设计及其实现的关键技术,详细介绍了该系统的各个功能模块,同时在系统的安全性方面介绍了多种控制方法根据本单位实际情况研究并实现了科学、简单、高效的人事考核信息化工作流程。
This article mainly expounds the performance assessment system of personnel design based on B/ S structure and its key realization technology. The system is discussed the various function module in detail,at the same time,in the security the system o~ several control methods are introduced in this paper. According to the actual situation,the implementation of science, simple and efficient assessment information workflow.
