The article introduces the specific requirements of the vehicle scheduling and the composition of the vehicle dispatching automation system, which used advanced technologies, as well as wireless communications, positioning and embedded systems. According to above means, this artide proposes a well designed system, combining with the appropriate hardware and software to achieve accurately location when a vehicle is in driving. Thus, this system will make vehicle scheduling easy and simple, with high intelligence, yet, saving a lot of manpower, financial and material.
