摘要
本文探讨了英语教学作为一个系统行为工程的目标管理问题,就目标管理在英语教学中的应用进行理论上的探讨,提出了英语教学目标管理的原则、目标管理阶段、方法及评价。
This paper discusses the target management problems of English teaching as a systematic behavior project, researches theoretically into the application of the target management in English teaching, and puts forward the principle, the stages, methods and evaluations of the target management in English teaching.
