摘要
采用SPSS软件对256只简阳大耳羊黑色类群成年母羊进行主要体尺与体重间相关性分析、通径分析和回归分析,并用分析结果推测了简阳大耳羊黑色类群主要体尺对体重的影响程度,建立了两个体尺与体重间的回归模型:y=-30.765+0.952x3,y=-59.385+0.830x3+0.515x2,并对此公式进行了F检验。结果表明:各主要体尺性状在不同程度上影响着简阳大耳羊黑色类群成年母羊的体重,其中胸围、体长达到了极显著相关程度(r1=0.682,r2=0.733,P<0.01),得出的公式预测值与实际测定值无明显差异。因此,在简阳大耳羊黑色品系选育和生产研究中,应结合传统选育方法和新方法,以胸围为主要选育指标,兼顾体长,可减少资源浪费,缩短世代间隔,取得较好的效果。
The research aimed to analyze the correlation and path between the body sizes and body weight of Jianyang Daer goat, and established regression equations of body size to body weight by SPSS software ,the formula were ：y=-30.765＋0.952x3, y=-59.385＋0.830x3 ＋0.515x2. The results showed that the body sizes affected the body weight in different levels,the chest circumference and body length were significantly correlated with the body weight （r~=0.682,r2=0.733,P〈0.01）, there was no significant difference between the formula prediction and actual values. So the chest circumference could be used as the main indicator in the breeding selection.
