摘要
目的探讨空肠间置代食管术在食管癌贲门癌外科治疗中的临床应用价值。方法采用空肠间置代食管术治疗38例食管癌贲门癌患者。结果 38例手术均成功,术后并发症少,无手术死亡者,术后恢复良好。结论空肠间置代食管重建消化道术式,对食管癌贲门癌的疗效确切,并发症少,术后患者生活质量好,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of jejunal interposition for esophageal reconstruction in surgical treatment pf esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of jejunal interposition reconstruction of the digestive tract treatment of 38 cases of esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer were anyalyzed.Results 38 cases of operation were successful,with no postoperative complications and no operative deaths.The patients recovered well.Conclusion Jejunal interposition reconstruction of the digestive tract for esophageal carcinoma after gastrectomy is effective with few complications,and has better postoperative quality of life,it is worthy of popularization and application.
