摘要
介绍了扬子巴斯夫苯乙烯系列有限公司控制中心楼两端的控制室和配电间的组合网架设计和构造措施.控制室与配电间均为大空间结构,结构层中还有截面很大的设备管道穿越,设计时必须承受10kN/m^2的爆作荷载.经过多方案比较,采用螺栓环节点组合网架,网架结构高度为1800mm,四边支承,结构分析采用空间桁架计算程序.
The design and constructional measures of build-up space grid for the control room and switchboard room located at both ends of a building are generally presented. The control room and switchboard room are both large space structures with equipment pipes of large section disposing in structural floor, which need to bear the action of explosive load 10kN/m2. Therefore, bolt-ringed spherical node build-up space grid, 1 800mm high, supported at four sides, is applied to this building after comparisons of several schemes.
