基于Vortex的电传动履带车辆动力学实时仿真 被引量:1

Real-time Simulation Study of Dynamics of Electric Drive Armored Vehicle Based on Vortex

摘要 针对车辆动力学实时仿真问题,应用了多体动力学软件Vortex建立了车辆的动力学模型,并对Vortex的车辆基类进行了二次开发,直接给主动轮施加扭矩,最后实现了电传动履带车辆动力学建模。在不同工况下,进行了动力学实时仿真试验。结果表明,采用Vortex进行车辆动力学仿真在保证较高精度的同时还具有良好的实时性。 Aiming at the problem of real-time simulation of vehicle dynamics,dynamic model of vehicles is built in Vortex. Base class of vehicle is secondary developed to apply torque to the sprocket directly. Finally, dynamics model of electric drive tracked vehicle is established. Under different conditions, dynamics real-time simulation is carried out. The results show that the vehicle dynamic simulation in Vortex ensures high accuracy and also has good real time.
