摘要 鉴于目前直升机关键部件之一旋翼的现有诊断系统存在的不足之处,以直升机旋翼为研究对象,提出了构建直升机旋翼状态监测与智能故障诊断系统的研究方法、技术路线及系统总体设计方案。设计的系统主要有机载系统、地面系统和应用软件3部分组成,并阐述了各组成部分的功能和设计方案。该系统的设计将为我国进一步研制直升机状态监测与故障诊断系统提供一定的参考价值。 In consideration of deficiencies of the existing diagnostic system, which belongs to one of the key components of the helicopter-rotor, takes the rotor as a research object, and put forward research methods, technical route and general system design are proposed. Those are used to establish condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis system of the helicopter rotor. The designed system consists of three parts, which are airborne system, based on system and the application software. Then this paper illustrates the function and design decisions of the different parts. The kind of system design would provide some certain reference value for further develop of our country's condition monitoring and fault diagnostic system of the helicopter.
